Women’s Art History Happening Here
On Thursday, September 27th, the Verge Center for the Arts’ Founding Director Liv Moe and author Bridget Quinn, Broad Strokes – 15 Women Who Made Art and Made History, will host a special evening at Verge discussing the ever evolving role women play in the art world. Guests will be treated to a discussion with the author as well as a private tour of “Koko’s Love,” a multi-media art installation created by LA artist Yoshie Sakai. Videos will be presented in an immersive environment created by the artist. Additionally, guests will enjoy a delightful buffet of appetizers provided by Chef Instructor extraordinaire Roxanne O’Brien. The night will be topped with complimentary wines. Thursday, September 2 7, 2018. $100 per person.
